OPEN Video Visits & Phone Calls

Video visits and phone calls are a simple and convenient way to keep in touch! To schedule a FaceTime, Zoom, Facebook, Google, or Skype video chat, call (559) 627-1241.

OPEN Indoor Visits

All visitors, regardless of vaccination status, are required to perform hand hygiene, wear a well-fitting face mask, and comply with all personal protective equipment requirements prior to and during their visit.

Please refrain from visiting if your answer is yes to any of the following questions:

• In the last 14 days, have you experienced symptoms of COVID-19; fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea?
• In the last 14 days, have you been exposed to a COVID-19 positive individual?
• In the last 10 days, have you tested positive for COVID-19?

*Policies are subject to change and visits may be subject to cancellation due to governmental guidance, COVID-19 status changes, staff availability, weather conditions, poor air quality, or other unforeseen circumstances.
