The Staff and medical team has been wonderful. They truly care about what’s best for the residents. I particularly loved PT team and will miss Melody in activities.

I was at Linwood Meadows just shy of five weeks, and I truly enjoyed my time there. Words can’t fully express how loving, caring, thoughtful, kind, and patient every staff member was. From the top supervisors of all departments — administration, admissions, physical and occupational therapy — to the entire nursing staff, food service, housekeeping, and (oh, what fun!) activity staff — Bingo, art, crafts, holiday parties, puzzles, games, entertainment, and music! The meal options were good, and I especially enjoyed the snack cart that came door-to-door between meals. When it was time for me to leave, I felt like I was saying goodbye to family. I highly recommend Linwood Meadows Care Center.

My husband was here for 4 months. He’d been in several places before. He’s liked Linwood Meadows best because the staff is genuine. They do what they say they’ll do for him. They’re very considerate and consistent with the patients. Not a lot of fancy extras but I rate them on how well my husband was treated. The admin staff is helpful navigating the system.

Linwood Meadows is by far the best rehabilitation facility in Visalia, CA. I have been grateful to come after multiple surgeries. The garden in the center of the building was

I spent time there maybe 2 yrs ago. I was scared. I’m not sure exactly how long I was there. Every nurse, staff member treated us with utmost respect,help, and friendliness. I love those girls. The food was so tasteful, and healthy. I’m thrilled I had such a wonderful group while I was there. The therapy group was also fun, and respected us. Thank you for caring.

My mom has been gone two years now. She was so happy to get out of there. During Covid she was isolated which was good. But one time I went in to use her bathroom and 2 Cock Roaches. I told the head nurse she said bug guy is coming out in a day or so. Other things have happened like falling out of bed and waiting to take her to ER.

I love this place! The staff cares so much about residents! The staff is always happy and smiling! So supportive and great services! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a nursing facility!!

My mom was here for a short time and loved it. The care is exceptional, the staff go above and beyond to take care of their residents like they were their own family. The food is wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about it.

Everything about this place is great. The business office staff is always there to help. Have any questions and they are readily available and always works with you. The receptionist is always smiling and seems to know everyone by name (families). Once you get to the back the nurses are all busy going from room to room, caring for our loved ones. Linwood is a great caring place to have our loved ones. Very family oriented.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Rooms too small for 2 patients, TV on whether the other patient wants to listen. Too many visitors visiting patients in 1 room. Patients Neglected when they call Aide for help, Housekeeping does lousy job,rooms dirty,patients do not receive help with their meals,so the end up missing their meal, unable to eat without assistance. When patients use their call button for help, no one answers call. Worst Healthcare care ever. New Employees every week to fill vacancy from Employees that leave. Patients are taken advantage of from staff, they denie any issues confronted with. My Mom was at Linwood Meadows 4 months, worst surroundings, from lack of care. I complained many times to staff on every visit how I saw my mom, my mom was never clean or freshen up, had Black dirty yellow slipper socks on. I regret my mom had to be admitted at Linwood Meadows, the had no regard for my mom or other patients there. Staff gets away with so much, Employees aren’t held accountable. I do not Recommend.

I appreciate the staff helping my mom to take care of herself after having part of her leg amputated, but Linwood Gardens is really crummy about returning laundry to the correct person after it’s washed. Now as family I have to go out of my way to wash and return my mom’s laundry because it keeps getting stolen.

After having Open Heart surgery and being told I may Not need Rehab, I voted to stay here.The staff was so caring and smart to my needs.

My father-in-law stayed at Linwood for 3 weeks of rehabilitation. It was a good experience. The facility was good and staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a beautiful courtyard where you can spend time with your loved one. This is my first choice if my father-in-law ever needs long term care.

My mom recently had an extended stay at this facility. She was well tended to, checked on often, given the space to move about freely if she wanted to, was encouraged to join in their daily activities, and basically was treated like a princess (in my opinion). Her biggest complaint was the food…which I imaging cooking food for the masses that everyone enjoys would be difficult anywhere you go.. she loved her nurses and CNAs. She loved the physical therapy crew. While she was ready to leave and be home, she was sad to leave the people that work there. I think this is a fantastic place to do rehabilitation post hospital stay.

Anna social worker was helpful with the the process with resident Luz Elena with her baptism. We recommend this place it’s one of the best to care for your loved ones.

Love this place the people who work there are always so nice and friendly and welcoming. Always clean. I was just visiting a friend of mine and the nurses offered me some coffee I thought that was so cool. My friend is getting therapy from them and they are doing a wonderful job. She loves the food and care she receives. They even let her go home for a few hours which I think helped her anxiety because she was feeling homesick. It really helped. Thank you to the staff and everyone else who is helping her recover.

There are not enough words to describe the hospitable feeling you get when you walk thru the doors. They took a very stressful situation and remained calm and collective. Their attentiveness goes over and above what is called for. They showed my mom loving kindness and she grew to really care deeply for all of the staff and her roommate. This is a wonderful facility and I recommend it for anyone rehabilitating or even a long term facility. From the president to the CNAs, nurses, doctors, and administration, all of them were excellent and we do not have anything negative to say other than the food choices.
