Meet the Linwood Meadows Team

Learn more about the administrator, directors, and nurses that make us a five-star facility with a post acute care team the Visalia community can trust.

Daniel Richardson

Administrator

Daniel Richardson serves as the Administrator of Linwood Meadows Care Center, bringing a strong foundation of leadership, public service, and resident-centered care.

Daniel is deeply committed to supporting individuals on their rehabilitation journey. His dedication to caring for older adults began early in life, when his family regularly visited local nursing homes to share music and historical presentations. Those experiences shaped his appreciation for the meaningful connections formed in care environments, and he continued volunteering throughout his youth by offering music and assisting with church services.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations, with a minor in Spanish, from Brigham Young University, including two years of service in Chile. He later completed a Master of Public Administration at the University of Kansas, further strengthening his leadership and public service experience.

After 25 years in city and county government, Daniel transitioned into Nursing Home Administration, where he obtained both Federal and California licensure. He values the privilege of making a positive difference in the lives of those who need rehabilitation and is grateful to work alongside a dedicated Director of Nursing and a team of compassionate professionals who care for residents as if they were their own family.

Since joining Linwood Meadows as Administrator in December 2020, Daniel has been committed to supporting residents, families, and staff through leadership grounded in respect, integrity, and collaboration.
