Patient Satisfaction Awards
We are proud to announce that we’ve won four 2019 Patient Satisfaction Awards! The Patient Satisfaction Awards program was created by Plum Support Services to “recognize and celebrate facilities that work tirelessly to provide an outstanding patient experience.” Awards are based on short-stay patient satisfaction surveys administered by NRC Health between September 2018 and August 2019.
Outstanding Social Services – Silver
Awarded to the facility with the second-highest combined overall satisfaction for “Setting Discharge Goals,” “Help with the Discharge Process,” “Arranging for Services/Equipment,” and “Commitment to Family Updates.”
Outstanding Customer Service – Silver
Awarded to the facility with the second-highest combined overall satisfaction for “Responsiveness of Management,” “Care/Concern of Staff,” “Respectfulness of Staff,” “Choices/Preferences,” and “Competency of Staff.”
Outstanding Admissions Team – Bronze
Awarded to the facility with the third-highest overall satisfaction for “Help with the Admissions Process.”
Best of the Best – Bronze
Awarded to the facility with the third-highest combined overall satisfaction and recommendation to others.
